Just bought a new iPhone device and you come to realize that you can’t access the phone contacts of your SIM Card through the iPhone contact app? Even when you try making a call to a contact stored on your SIM card, it doesn’t display on your iPhone contact app?
By default, you cannot find your SIM contacts under the iPhone contact tab unless you copy or move your SIM contacts to the iPhone memory which am going to show you now.
So How do i Copy SIM Contacts to iPhone Memory?
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone and scroll down to find Mail, Contacts, Calendars and then tap on it.
2. Under Mail, Contacts, Calendars Menu, scroll down to find Import SIM Contacts.
3. Tap on the Import SIM Contacts and the process of copying your contact from SIM card to Phone memory will be done in 2 or more seconds depending on the amount of contacts you have on your SIM.
Your contacts should now appear in the contact app of your iPhone. Doing this will help you keep backups of all you phone contacts should in case, you lost your SIM card due to SIM damage.
I hope this info helps?
