Update 2015: MTN BIS Still Works On PC Using Simple Server – Get The Latest Settings Here

Few days ago, some people were calling me and complaining that their MTN with simple server browsing has stopped and they can not connect to the internet again. So i decide to check the settings i was using before and it was really not connecting any more. Well i just want to tell you that we have found a new simple server settings that still connects with MTN flawlessly without any problem.

Using MTN blackberry subscription with simple server on your PC makes you browse the internet unlimited. 
This seems to be one of the cheapest browsing plan we are enjoying in Nigeria today aside the Glo BIS that gives 3GB for N1000 which is also quite affordable but you will need to Change your Android IMEI number to Blackberry to be able to use it on android phones and PC.

Etisalat has also recently launch their etisalat affordable data plan that gives you 1GB for just N1,000 and 2GB for N2000 valide for 30 days. Which can be used on android phones, iPhones, Tablets and Computer. But unfortunately, most people prefer the MTN BIS with Simple server in other to watch videos on Youtube, download movies, software and tutorial videos online.

I also use the MTN BIS subscription to watch Serie A and Bundes Liga Live Matches and replays online using my android tablet via Startimes tenbre play app.

So Here Is The Real Simple Server Settings That Still Works With MTN BIS

Reading the above post will show you how to configure your Simple Server with the right settings. Otherwise download this complete simple server here ==> Download simple server that comes with the settings already configured.

Now Subscribe to either the MTN BBLite daily plan, Weekly plan or monthly plan.
==> The daily plan costs N70 and to subscribe, (Send BBLITED to 21600 or dial *216*7#).
==> The weekly plan costs N350 and to subscribe, (Send BBLITEW to 21600)
==> The monthly plan costs N1000 and to subscribe, (Send BBLITEM to 21600). 

After subscribing to any of these plan above, then configure your network modem and browser as stated below.

==> If using a modem, configure your modem's internet settings APN as web.gprs.mtnnigeria.netinstead of blackberry.net.

==> Now extract and launch the Simple Server .exe file you download before you connect your modem.

==> You will now have to configure your browser to use manual IP as 127.0.0.1 and Port as 8080.
